PTOC Information
Childcare offered during PTOC meetingsThe Laker Elementary PTOC meets the third Thursday of each month at 6 p.m. in the elementary library. Childcare is offered during the meetings.
Assistance needed for spring carnivalThe Laker Elementary PTOC Spring Carnival is set for March 5, but in order for the carnival to take place, a lot of help will be needed. Volunteers are needed for planning, setting up the carnival, working at the games/concessions and taking everything down after the carnival. Even if you can only spare an hour, that would be great. Every bit helps! Please email for more information or to indicate that you are willing to help. The carnival is in danger of being canceled if there are not enough people to make it happen.
***The Laker Elementary PTOC has donated many wonderful resources for our students! The group donated for the purchase of many musical instruments (such as Boomwhackers, hand drums, maracas, bells and more). These instruments were played by students at the Grandparents Program in May. Also, the PTOC donated to the elementary library, and this  led to the purchase of 84 books for lower elementary students. Thank you, PTOC!!!
***Laker Elementary loves our PTOC! Without this awesome group, many activities and special rewards would not be possible. The PTOC needs people to make it all happen - join the PTOC to help in its mission to make our elementary school as awesome as can be!
